4.3 Prohibited Payment Practices

The t5777 platform must not be used as a mechanism for the transfer, laundering, or processing of funds unrelated to legitimate gambling activity. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without engaging meaningfully in gaming or betting activity — a practice commonly referred to as "transaction cycling" — is strictly prohibited. 5.1 Sportsbook Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

• t5777 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, at any time, for any player, without providing a reason. This includes applying individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by risk management considerations.
• Any bet placed as a result of a palpable error in the odds (e.g., odds that are materially inconsistent with the market due to a technical fault) may be voided by t5777 at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned in full.

5.2 Casino and Live Casino

• All casino games on t5777 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by audited third-party game studios. Results are independently determined and cannot be altered by t5777 or any player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the game server result upon completion of the round. t5777 is not liable for losses resulting from internet disconnection or device failure on the player's side.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your t5777 account in BDT and form part of your bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must bet using bonus funds before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. • At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your t5777 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the t5777 support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, any active bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled, and your real-money balance (after deducting any outstanding liabilities) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing time.
